Anhui Design Delegation Visited the Design Council of Hong Kong

  安徽省工業設計代表團 拜訪香港設計委員會

The Chairman of the Design Council of Hong Kong (DCHK) Mr. Eric Yim received an Anhui design delegation on 15 September 2015 (Tuesday) at the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. The purpose of the visit was mainly to understand the work and the role of DCHK in Hong Kong, and how DCHK encouraged local companies to add value to their business through design.

Through the exchange, the Anhui delegation hoped to bring such experience sharing back to Anhui to enhance its own design standard. The delegation consisted of 27 people with diversified backgrounds. They ranged from senior management people of design houses, education institutes, universities, various government departments, car manufacturers and technology companies etc. The delegation was led by the Dean of Anhui Radio and TV University of China (Continuing Education) Mr. Guan Yang.

香港設計委員會主席嚴志明於2015年9月15日在香港工業總會接待安徽省工業設計代表團。代表團的拜訪主要是希望了解香港設計委員會在香港推廣和加重設計在業界所扮演的角色，認識香港設計委員會如何鼓勵及推動業界利用設計增值服務，以促進中港兩地專業人士的交流，來提升安徽省的設計水平。代表團共有27人，並來至不同行業的管理階層，其中包括設計公司、教育機構、不同政府部門、汽車生產商及科技公司等等。代表團由安徽廣播電視大學繼續教育學院院長管陽先生帶領。
